On-Line Bill Pay
El Dorado Water Utilities is excited to offer on-line bill pay to our customers. You can now pay your bill 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and Debit Cards. A convenience fee of $2.50 or 3% of your bill, whichever is higher, will apply. Click on the “Red Bar” above or at the bottom of this page to get started! You may also pay your bill in person by credit card in our Lobby, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or through the drive-through 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For your convenience, we can even accept a credit card payment over the phone.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. Payments should be mailed to: El Dorado Water Utilities, P.O. Box 1587, El Dorado, Arkansas 71731-1587.
Pay In Person
You may pay your bill in person at our office address, 500 N Washington. Lobby Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m. and Drive-Thru hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 p.m Monday through Friday. We accept cash, check, money orders, Master Card, Visa, Discover and Debit Cards.
Payment Drop Box
Payments can be received in our Payment Drop Box located in the drive-thru lane at our office located at 500 North Washington in El Dorado after hours and on weekends and holidays. Payments received in the Drop Box will be processed the next business day.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
